Auld Lang Syne.

Tonight, I want to say goodbye to the year 2006. I want to say goodbye to a very memorable year. I want to say goodbye to a very meaningful year. I want to say goodbye to all those painful memories and also to those beautiful memories. And I want to say goodbye to one of the best years of my life. Should auld acquaintance be forgot and never brought to mind? Should auld acquaintance be forgot and days of auld lang syne? Back from Switzerland.

Day 1 – Geneva. Day 2 – Geneva, Lausanne, Evian (France), Bern. Day 3 – Bern, Interlaken. Day 4 – Interlaken, Grindelwald, Wengen, Muren. Day 5 – Brig, Domodossola (Italy), Zermatt. Day 6 – St. Moritz. Day 7 – Davos, Vaduz (Liechtenstein), Zurich. Day 8 – Zurich, Luzern. I only have one word for Switzerland – Expensive. Having said that, I still think Switzerland is a very nice country to visit and I thanked those who made the trip a memorable one – Hairi, Khaliz and Mohsein. Between Malaysia and Facebook.

A first year saw me when I was on my way to Accounting lecture when he stopped me and asked, “What is your name?” I told him my name and then I asked him why did he ask, and he said, “I forgot your name.” Well, there is nothing weird about that except, I had never spoken to him since like forever.
